Using RubberDuck
RubberDuck offers reading, speaking, and study activities for learners, teachers, and schools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are a child, a parent, guardian, or authorized school must permit your use where required. Teachers and schools are responsible for using the service only with students they are authorized to support and for providing required notices and permissions.
Accounts and learning content
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account and class information. You may submit spoken answers, recordings, writing, and other learning content. You keep your rights in that content and give RubberDuck permission to process, store, and share it with authorized class teachers and service providers only as needed to provide the service, generate feedback, protect the service, and comply with law. Do not upload content you lack permission to use or use the service to harm others, bypass security, or interfere with its operation.
AI feedback and availability
RubberDuck uses automated systems to ask questions and produce learning feedback. Responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed by a teacher or trusted adult when important. The service is an educational aid, not an emergency, medical, or professional advice service. We work to keep it available but may change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted access.
School subscriptions
Paid plans, their prices, billing intervals, and taxes are shown before checkout. Stripe handles checkout and payment. A subscription renews at its selected interval unless canceled. Contact nihaal@rubberduckai.com for billing help or cancellation; changes generally take effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout states otherwise. Any refund rights required by law still apply.
Privacy and account changes
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or its users. You can request account deletion or ask questions by emailing nihaal@rubberduckai.com. We may revise these terms and will post the updated date here; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
